Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator at Manaha Clinic in Kokapet, Hyderabad. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, and patient care on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, and Care Coordination skills
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Patient Care practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Bachelor's / Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Pharmacy or related field is a plus
Knowledge of Telugu is a plus
Are you able to commute to Kokapet on a daily basis, Monday to Saturday?
Do you have prior experience / education in any Psychology related field?
