? Greet patient and visitors in a prompt and helpful manner.

? Responsible for handling patient enquiry.

? Communicating with patient/ attenders for any information.

? Responsible for maintaining all details for hospitals like tariff, consultant's name, timing, test etc.

? To schedule/reschedule appointments for patients after referring to appointment planner and coordinating with respective experts.

? To reconfirm appointments or make reminder calls to patients who have specifically requested for a particular service.

? To professionally man the welcome area and offer assistance to patients -in-waiting as per the existing Standard Operating Procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
