Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, surgery schedules, diagnostics, and discharge planning across departments.
Patient Communication & Counselling
Communicate with patients
in person, over telephone, WhatsApp, and Zoom calls

Explain treatment processes, expected length of stay, hospital workflows, and non-clinical aspects of care in a clear and reassuring manner.
Escalate detailed clinical explanations to the
senior medical staff
as required.
Financial Counselling & Payment Coordination
Explain
treatment costs, packages, inclusions, and exclusions
to patients and attendants.
Obtain approvals for any discount or exception beyond defined limits.
Ensure
part-payment follow-ups every 6 hours
until financial commitments are met.
Coordinate closely with billing and accounts teams to ensure timely collections.
Documentation & Case Management
Manage and monitor
case sheets, estimates, bills, investigation reports, consent forms, and discharge summaries
until patient exit.
Ensure accurate and timely
HIS / EMR data entry and updates

Maintain patient-wise digital and physical records (partial ownership as per hospital policy).
Share reports, bills, and summaries with patients through approved channels (email / portal / WhatsApp).
Process Control & Checklist Ownership
Create and maintain a
patient-specific checklist
covering documents, approvals, services, and deliverables.
Track completion of checklist items with clinical, billing, nursing, OT, diagnostics, and front-office teams.
Ensure no misses in patient services, documentation, or handovers.
Internal Coordination & Escalation
Liaise continuously with doctors, nursing teams, OT, diagnostics, billing, and support services.

Required Skills & Competencies
Patient Coordination Expertise
: Strong understanding of hospital workflows, admissions, surgeries, and discharge processes.
Medical Knowledge
: Sound knowledge of biology, medical, and pharmaceutical concepts to communicate confidently with patients.
Financial Counselling
: Ability to explain costs, negotiate within defined price bands, and ensure payment discipline.
Communication Skills
: Excellent
English and Hindi
communication skills (spoken and written); Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
System Proficiency
: Experience with HIS, EMR, ERP systems, and digital communication tools.
Time Zone Adaptability
: Ability to work in
Saudi/GCC-aligned shifts
with professionalism.
Coordination & Multitasking
: Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously with strict follow-up cycles.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in any discipline (mandatory).
Strong foundation or exposure to
medical, biology, or pharmaceutical subjects
.
Prior experience in hospital patient coordination, international patient services, or medical tourism is an advantage.
Candidates from
Kerala, Manipur, Assam
, or similar regions preferred due to adaptability and communication strengths. But open to skilled candidates from anywhere.
Arabic language skills will be given
