Greet and assist patients on arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional approach.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for patient care needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and service feedback in a courteous manner.
Guide patients through hospital/clinic processes, billing, and insurance procedures.
Monitor and ensure timely patient check-ins and check-outs.
Help patients understand treatment plans and procedures when needed.
Ensure all medical reports, prescriptions, and test results are properly filed and communicated.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and patient privacy standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinic setting preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Calm and empathetic approach to patient handling.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in local language(s) and English.
Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital workflow.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
