Job Description

To manage and oversee all activities related to patient care on the assigned hospital floor, ensuring smooth coordination from admission to discharge. The role involves close coordination with medical, nursing, housekeeping, and administrative teams to provide a seamless and high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Hospital Administration or related field) 1-3 years of experience in hospital operations or patient care services Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong coordination and follow-up ability Patient-centric approach with empathy and professionalism Good knowledge of hospital processes (admission, discharge, billing, etc.) Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, HIS preferred)
