We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to join our dynamic team at Fix Health. As a care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the care provided to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality and personalised healthcare services, contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate healthcare services provided to patients.
Ensure the delivery of personalised and high-quality care to meet patient needs.
Call patients and help with care and best solutions.
Reply promptly on patients queries.
Team Management:
Supervise and support a team of healthcare professionals.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Language Skills:
Fluency in Hindi and English is essential for effective communication with patients and the healthcare team.
Requirements
:
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
