The SkinTalk Clinic is a premier dermatology and aesthetic center in Mumbai, led by Dr. Pooja Chopra. We specialize in personalized skincare, acne treatments, anti-aging solutions, and hair restoration. We're looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator to be the bridge between our patients and our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule client appointments using clinic software Maintain a daily communication list to follow up with clients regarding treatments and queries Coordinate with the doctor to resolve patient concerns and ensure timely responses Plan and organize the next day's patient schedule for smooth clinic flow Respond to online inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or social media Share online registration forms and clinic address with new or prospective clients Assist patients in booking their next appointments after procedures Dispense prescribed medicines and help patients understand treatment brochures Ensure appropriate consent and registration forms are filled and documented Take out and file back patient charts as per daily appointments Provide a warm, professional, and helpful experience to every client
Qualifications & Skills

Graduation in any discipline Good command of spoken and written English Excellent typing skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools Experience with clinic or appointment management systems is a plus BPharm or a diploma in pharmacy will be an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving ability and leadership qualities Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Prior experience in a clinic, salon, or customer service role preferred

Work Schedule

The clinic operates 7 days a week, including Sundays Week offs are provided on a rotational basis
