Minimum 6months of experience required in Calling

Position Responsibility summary:

? Receive/Make calls to Patients as per the Patient care program

? Patient Registration Management. From data entry to issuing the enrolment kit to all

? Ensure that the given application is kept accurately, and every entry is completed on the application

? Ensure that the relevant benefits are executed as per the Program scheme. Manage the entire related coordination with external parties and Patients to ensure that the benefits have been received

? Patient follow-up as per program needs

? Maintain Patient records and files in a safe and manageable manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,333.20 - ₹23,865.87 per month
