We are looking for a dedicated and organized OPD Coordinator to manage and streamline outpatient department (OPD) activities. The role involves coordinating with doctors, patients, and support staff to ensure smooth operations, efficient patient flow, and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily OPD schedules and appointments.
Guide and assist patients with registration, consultation, and follow-up processes.
Ensure proper communication between doctors, nursing staff, and patients.
Maintain OPD records, reports, and patient feedback.
Monitor waiting times and work towards minimizing patient inconvenience.
Address patient queries, concerns, and grievances with empathy and professionalism.
Support doctors in managing their schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient safety, and service quality standards.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Administration preferred).
Prior experience in hospital OPD/front office coordination is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage patient flow efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
