Maintain patient records and update information in the system accurately.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in processing patient registrations, billing, and insurance documentation.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in english.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and accuracy..
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in patient coordination, front office, or customer service within a healthcare setting.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or any related field.
Additional training in Customer Service or Healthcare Communication will be an advantage.
