Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:



Greet, guide, and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and minimal wait times. Maintain patient records and update information in the system accurately. Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in processing patient registrations, billing, and insurance documentation. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently. Excellent communication skills in english. Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and accuracy..

Experience:



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in patient coordination, front office, or customer service within a healthcare setting.

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or any related field. Additional training in Customer Service or Healthcare Communication will be an advantage.
