Job Summary



The Patient Care Coordinator will act as the primary point of communication between patients, doctors, and hospital departments. This role ensures smooth patient flow, assists patients throughout their journey, manages appointments, clarifies queries, and ensures an excellent patient experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Interaction & Support



Welcome patients and assist them with registration and documentation. Guide patients to appropriate departments (consultation, lab, pharmacy, billing, etc.). Provide updates on waiting times, procedures, and hospital services. Offer compassionate support to expectant mothers, children, and families.

Appointment & Coordination



Manage and coordinate patient appointments with doctors. Ensure timely follow-up calls and reminders. Coordinate patient movement during consultations, tests, and procedures. Liaise between doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth case handling.

Query Handling & Communication



Address patient and caregiver queries with empathy and clarity. Explain medical processes, hospital services, and treatment steps (non-clinical details only). Provide guidance on admission procedures, discharge processes, and billing queries.

Patient Experience & Service Quality



Ensure a stress-free and positive patient journey. Manage patient feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate team. Support the hospital in maintaining high patient satisfaction standards.

Administrative Duties



Maintain patient records, appointment logs, and daily activity reports. Assist in admission documentation and coordination. Ensure smooth communication between front desk, nursing, and clinical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare setup (mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent patient-handling and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hospital management software (HMS) preferred. Compassionate, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.

Working Hours



Full-time (Shift-based) Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as per hospital schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,469.42 - ?30,336.19 per month
