Job Summary:



We are looking for a dedicated

Healthcare Executive - Patient Care Coordinator

to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance to patients, clinicians, office staff, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, home care providers, and insurance companies. This role involves patient scheduling, coordination, and ensuring exceptional patient service aligned with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain

punctuality and regular attendance

--this is a critical requirement. Demonstrate

professional courtesy

to co-workers and patients. Ensure

high levels of patient care and satisfaction

, considering individual needs and situations.

Route patients

to the appropriate person or department for further assistance. Maintain a

clean and organized workspace

. Stay

updated on office and departmental procedures

. Participate in

educational activities and staff meetings

as scheduled. Follow policies outlined in the

Employee Handbook

. Ensure strict adherence to

HIPAA regulations

and maintain complete patient confidentiality. Be

available during client-requested timings

for offshore meetings.

Flexible

to perform other functions or tasks when requested.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:



Handle

PAC (Patient Assistance Center)

calls: Attend inbound calls via soft phone. Understand patient needs and assist or

schedule appointments

as per symptoms. Route tasks to appropriate departments if outside your scope. Follow standard

phone etiquette

and client SOPs. Use

EHR or other communication tools

to coordinate across departments. Seek supervisor assistance when in doubt. Participate in

outbound campaigns

, make calls, and report updates. Escalate unusual cases to your supervisor. Manage

multiple tasks

effectively.

Check and clear inbox messages daily

(unless awaiting response). Coordinate with office managers for any

site-specific issues

. Be

adaptable to take on other functions

as required.

Required Skills & Attributes:



Good knowledge of

medical terminology

. Proficiency in using

computers, phones, and basic office equipment

. Strong

typing skills

and ability to type quickly.

Clear and professional communication skills

(mandatory). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications:



Any degree

(Bachelor's preferred but not mandatory).

Other Requirements:



Flexibility

to work across shifts or time zones (if offshore). Must follow all client-specific procedures and maintain

up-to-date documentation
