Key Responsibilities:
Call patients to discuss unpaid medical bills and explain payment options
Verify insurance coverage and update patient records
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing queries
Coordinate with internal billing and operations teams
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
Follow HIPAA guidelines and ensure patient confidentiality
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US healthcare or medical billing
Familiarity with denial codes and claim forms (HCFA preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
