. The role is designed to groom future leaders by exposing them to various facets of healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day hospital or diagnostic center operations Coordinate with departments such as OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and turnaround times Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports Participate in audits, compliance checks, and inventory management Assist in vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics Contribute to patient satisfaction and grievance redressal processes Work closely with senior management on strategic projects
