Lenskart Foundation is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for its Charitable Child Eye Care Centre.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure complete and accurate patient registration, which includes recording patient's detail, handover of glasses and follow up

To carry out day-to-day operations at the centre

Maintain data, place and receive orders from the vendor

Educate patients and family members about eye health conditions, medications, and instructions

Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect

Willingness to communicate respectfully with the underprivileged category of people on a daily basis

Oversee centre supplies: organizing, maintaining and communicating needs on weekly basis to Centre Head

Coordinates the maintenance and alteration of Centre areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of Centre facilities

Skills and Qualification:

Minimum graduate or equivalent

Working knowledge of Computers and proficient in Excel

Highly organized with a strong ability to manage different priorities

Ability to work with others and use resources to problem solve

Apply good judgement to fast-changing situations

Strong customer service skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

Previous work experience in the eye-health care sector is a plus!
