About Us:

Skinroots is a leading skin, hair, and aesthetics clinic known for advanced treatments and exceptional patient care. We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic Telecaller Executive to engage and support our growing client base.

Role Overview:

As a Patient Care Assistant/CRM, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role is to

educate, engage, and convert leads into appointments

by communicating the value of our treatments and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling & Conversion

Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database and inbound inquiries. Explain services clearly, resolve queries, and motivate clients to schedule consultations. Follow up consistently to achieve monthly conversion targets.

Appointment Scheduling

Book appointments and coordinate with the front desk to confirm slots. Send reminders via WhatsApp, SMS, or calls to reduce no-shows.

CRM & Reporting

Accurately record all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Maintain daily call logs and share reports with management.

Customer Service

Build trust and rapport with clients through professional and empathetic communication. Address pre-appointment questions or concerns effectively.

Who We Are Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi. Confident, polite, and persuasive personality. Ability to handle objections and convert leads.

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in healthcare, wellness, salon, or clinic tele calling is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM or data entry tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
