Greet and guide patients and their families upon arrival.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
Facilitate movement of patients between departments (consultation rooms, diagnostic areas, wards).
Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and support staff to ensure timely services.
Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Ensure patient comfort and support throughout hospitalization.
Monitor service quality parameters such as waiting times, comfort levels, and communication.
Provide updates to attendants regarding procedures, schedules, and waiting times.
Maintain patient records, documentation, and service logs.
Assist with billing coordination, insurance documentation, and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Support front office operations when required (registration, appointment handling).
Coordinate between clinical teams (nursing, doctors, diagnostics).
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding processes.
Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
Ensure infection control and safety guidelines are followed in patient areas.
Monitor housekeeping and other facility-related services impacting patient care.
Participate in audits, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
