Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients as per program guidelines
Manage patient registration, data entry, and enrolment kit issuance
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely updates in the system
Coordinate with patients and external parties to deliver program benefits
Conduct regular patient follow-ups
Safely manage and organize patient files and communication records
Utilize communication tools efficiently and handle incoming mails
Prepare and submit daily program reports
Coordinate with clients as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Any graduate (Pharma preferred)
6 months-3 years of experience (Healthcare/Hospital/Insurance preferred/BPO/Telecalling)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
