Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and dressing.

Mobility:
Helping patients to walk
Monitoring:
Taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and reporting changes to nurses.
Support & Comfort:
Providing emotional support, companionship, and ensuring patient comfort.
Logistical Tasks:
Delivering specimens, medications, and supplies as directed.
Communication:
Explaining simple instructions and relaying patient needs to medical staff.
