< Patient Care Advisor >


You will be responsible for:
  • Execute PSP in the respective territories as per client-approved process flow, get relevant details and consent forms filled out by patients, and facilitate enrolment to the PSP
  • Facilitating Diagnostic services by sharing details of test and having those conducted through coupon system.
  • Coordination with patients and internal stakeholders to create orders via the Order management system
  • Addressing patient\xe2\x80\x99s queries and concerns from a pre-defined FAQ
  • Continuous engagement with patients to check on the patient\xe2\x80\x99s well-being and status
  • Participate in quality audits, compliance, and regular training
  • Handle record-keeping as per client specifications
  • CRM system management
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to run the operations seamlessly
  • Share weekly/monthly PSP performance updates/insights with Indegene HO
  • Support in liaising with the call centre team for patient follow-up support
  • Support patients with the documentation process in institutions (where applicable)
  • Be aware of all organisational, divisional and client-related policies and procedures related to quality, information security and data privacy
  • Responsible to strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as decided by the business unit or client
  • Responsible to maintain confidentiality and copyright rules for various deliverables/clients and company
  • Follow all the security rules with regard to various standards such as ISMS, ISO, CMMI and client guidelines

Must have:
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and the vernacular language of the location base
  • Patient management and patient counselling skills
  • Empathy and willingness to listen and relate to patients
  • Good computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 MS Office (basic knowledge of MS Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in counselling for patients
  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Life science degree




Nice to have:
  • Experience in PSP programs earlier
