We are seeking proactive and dedicated care admin staff who will manage care field staff, increase business, maintain good relationship with staff & SU and address inquiries to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Staff & Service user management: Be in touch with staff regularly and find new staff to allocate to service users' house as per their needs and inquiry.
Handle calls from service users and staff for any issue and resolve it promptly with great level of satisfaction.
Client Interaction: Address inquiries from service users and their families, providing detailed information about services and ensuring their needs are met.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high service quality standards, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Staff Training: Organize training sessions to enhance staff skills and keep them updated with the industry's best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Strong business acumen and ability to devise growth strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership skills to manage field staff and service users effectively.
Detail-oriented for accurate valuations and documentation.
Proficient in using excel.
