Key Responsibilities
Patient Application Specialist
Guide patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in using our healthcare applications.
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
Troubleshoot technical or functional issues in collaboration with the product/tech team.
Collect user feedback to help improve product features and patient experience.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and support requests.
Content Creator
Develop clear, engaging, and empathetic content for patients, caregivers, and medical professionals (FAQs, guides, blogs, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.).
Translate complex medical and technical information into patient-friendly content.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design campaigns that promote healthcare awareness and application usage.
Create educational resources (tutorials, explainer videos, step-by-step guides) to support digital literacy among patients.
Ensure all content adheres to healthcare compliance standards, data privacy laws, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Communications, or related field (master's preferred).
2-3 years of experience in healthcare support, medical writing, patient engagement, or digital health solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
Ability to simplify medical/technical jargon into easy-to-understand content.
Proficiency in digital content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, video editing software, etc.).
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, data privacy (HIPAA/GDPR), and patient confidentiality.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of mobile health apps, EMRs, or patient portals.
