Qualifications and Experience


Graduates with 1 to 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting


Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.


A warm, friendly, and approachable attitude.


Ability to multitask


Proficiency in computer systems




Job Duties


Patient registration: Collecting patient demographic information, insurance details,

and other necessary paperwork.


Insurance verification: Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations as

needed.


Scheduling appointments: Scheduling appointments with physicians or other

healthcare providers.


Answering phone calls: Responding to inquiries and directing callers to appropriate

departments.


Data entry: Entering patient information into the hospital's electronic medical records

system.


Billing: Assisting with billing procedures and insurance claims.


Coordination: Coordinating with other departments, such as nursing and medical

records, to ensure smooth patient flow.


Problem-solving: Addressing patient concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
