Identify and develop new business opportunities for pathology and diagnostic services.
Visit doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and corporate offices to generate referrals and partnerships.
Promote pathology packages, preventive health check-ups, and home sample collection services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct promotional activities, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and health camps to increase brand visibility.
Coordinate with the operations and lab team for smooth service delivery.
Maintain daily sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Stay updated with competitors' activities, market trends, and pricing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Business
(preferred).
1-3 years of experience in
sales/marketing in pathology, diagnostics, or healthcare industry
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
