Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pathology laboratory is preferable. Knowledge of laboratory safety, equipment operation, and diagnostic procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

Accuracy and attention to detail in performing tests. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Laboratory environment with exposure to biological specimens. Adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines is mandatory. Shift may include mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on hospital requirements.

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
