Must be a DMLT or BMLT graduate. Must have good spoken communication skills in English and Hindi. Should be able to join in 15 days.

Job Responsibilities

You will mainly be responsible for sales and support of our pathology lab software.

Support

Support the labs in using the software and resolve queries. Ensure support tickets are resolved in time. Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals. Give demos to prospective customer Help prospective customers set up their accounts and train them to use the software.

General

Keep track of customer feedback and suggest improvements to the software. Stay updated on new features and updates in the software.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
