About the Role:

We are hiring a Pathology Lab Assistant to support our laboratory operations during night shifts. The ideal candidate should have experience in sample collection, test processing, accurate documentation, and be committed to maintaining high standards of lab hygiene and patient care.Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect patient samples (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) using proper phlebotomy techniques Run routine pathology tests as instructed Prepare and label samples accurately Maintain and update lab records, reports, and documentation Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of specimens Maintain cleanliness and sterility of lab equipment and workspace Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff as needed Uphold all lab safety and compliance protocols

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or relevant field Skill in sample collection and basic lab testing procedures Familiarity with lab documentation, manuals, and reporting Willingness to work night shifts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team
