Job Description
Supervise and interpret laboratory investigations including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology
Validate and authorize laboratory reports
Ensure quality assurance, quality control, and NABL compliance
Guide and supervise lab technicians and technologists
Correlate laboratory findings with clinical information
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols
Eligibility Criteria:
MD / DNB in Pathology Valid Medical Council Registration Experience in hospital laboratory services preferred Knowledge of NABL standards and laboratory accreditation Good analytical and communication skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹35,372.26 - ₹149,095.29 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Alamcode, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
