Analyze tissue samples (biopsies), cells, and fluid samples under a microscope to identify diseases like cancer, infections, and blood disorders.
Interpret Laboratory Tests:
Conduct and interpret a wide range of lab tests, including blood tests, genetic studies, and other specialized analyses to identify health issues.
Communicate Findings:
Provide clear, detailed diagnostic reports and consult with other healthcare providers, such as oncologists, to help them make informed treatment decisions.
Monitor Disease Progression:
Analyze blood and other samples to track how a disease is progressing or responding to treatment.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory tests and procedures.
Research and Development:
Engage in clinical research, develop new tests and treatments, and stay current with the latest advancements in pathology and diagnostic technology.
Supervise Staff:
Mentor and oversee laboratory technicians and junior pathologists, providing guidance on technical aspects and best practices.

Education:
A medical degree (MD or equivalent), followed by a residency in pathology and board certification.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
