We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.xe2x80x8bFollow-up & Report on new patent publications from third partiesMonthly report on new patent publications, ranked by Product Lines / technical fields, relevance, etc..Follow-up of the R&D new projects (Planning Prior art searches)IP landscaping to identify technological/IP trendBuild regular IP landscape report on selected topic, in relation with R&D/R&I needs, help understanding competitors R&D strategySearching patent database to detect technological trends, whitespace and region of monopolePrior art searchesRealizing prior art searches e. g. for patent clearances, patentability studies, patent mappings in cooperation with R&DTraining people (Project team members, xe2x80xa6) to search tools and methodsOptimizing search toolsDeveloping tools to retrieve previous searchesDeveloping an advanced knowledge of competitors patents within PG perimeterPrior Art database (if any)Management of a customized database containing all the patents related to the Division or PG or R&I activities,Developing tools to permit an easy retrieval of patents according to certain criteria;Monitoring with technical experts the indexation of patents in the database and putting some additional information for each of them;Managing access to the database (restricted access to added information, i.e. non public);Applying the Environment Safety and Security procedures and good practices; know for their activities and the activities of subcontractors the potential risks and their consequences.
