B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Graduation / Post Graduation (Organic Chemistry)

Job Responsibilities:

Drafting of chemistry & other domain Patents Preparing reply to Examination Report (IN and US) Drafting patent specifications (IN and US) Attending Hearings before Indian Patent Office Technical Analysis of identified documents for preparing Opinions relating to Opposition Assisting with client queries relating to Patent process in IN and US US/EP Patent Prosecution experience is desirable Good to be a Patent Agent (Not mandatory)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
