Job Description

Experienced in drafting US and EP patent applications

Strong technical background in electronics, networking, communications, and software

Ability to understand complex inventions and identify key inventive features

Skilled in preparing clear, concise, and well-structured patent specifications and claimsKey Responsibilities

Draft US and EP patent applications (complete and provisional) in electronics, telecommunications, networking, embedded systems, and software domains

Analyze invention disclosures and conduct background research

Develop claim strategies and ensure technical accuracy

Adhere to jurisdiction-specific formats and requirements

Review and revise patent specifications to meet client and patent office expectationsRequired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields

2-4 years of experience in US and/or EP patent drafting

Strong understanding of communication protocols, networking systems, wireless technologies, and IoT

Knowledge of software architecture, algorithms, AI/ML, and cloud or edge computing

Excellent technical writing and articulation skills

Experience using patent databases and drafting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,504.04 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
