Provide prosecution support by preparing responses to office actions for India, US, Europe, and PCT applications
Manage a team of IP & research professionals
Work proactively with research and engineering team to identify patentable inventions.
Docketing projects and managing the patent portfolio.
Conducting internal presentations on case laws and patent drafting and prosecution skills improvement strategies thereof.
If required, Appearing before controller for hearing at IPO & to call examiner calls at USPTO
Good presentation and communication skills
