Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):Must have working admin experience in Manage Engine Patch Manager plus tool including * Can define and deploy all patch configurations and tasks.

• Can view all the patch configurations/tasks, including those created by other users, reports, etc.
• Can suspend, modify, or re-deploy the configurations/tasks defined by them.
• Can update the Vulnerability Database.
• Can perform Scan operations.
• Has write permission to perform patch management tasks.

Manage deployment, installation and perform post patching validation and reporting.Have experience in any of 3rd party security patching tool SCCM / Intune / Manage Engine and will get advantage if worked on Yum & Linux OS patchingCoordinate basic remediation efforts (Clear any temporary files related to patching, Clear pending restarts, re-run patching tasks).Coordinate and involve with Server, Desktop team to client machine (End User) troubleshooting.Prioritize and schedule mutually agreed system patching and maintenance.3 - 5 years experience of managing enterprise Windows Server and Client OS including Linux environmentsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues associated with the operating system.Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 & RHEL / Ubuntu / Oracle Linux / VMware technologiesAbility to read/understand Linux / UNIX scriptsBasic understanding of OS side networking and networking concepts in generalAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and work after business hrs.Ability to work both independently and with othersAbility to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:MANDATORYAdministration of Patch Management tool (Manage Engine)Experience of Management and deployment exp.Have experience in SCCM, Intune, will be added an advantageSOFT SKILLS:MANDATORYExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and customer facing communication skills
