Job Overview
We are hiring a
Pastry Cook
to support our daily baking operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cookies, desserts, or pastry preparation and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cookie dough, fillings, and other bakery items as per recipes.
Assist in daily baking cycles, cooling, and packing.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (FSSAI compliance).
Follow SOPs to ensure consistency in quality and portioning.
Support senior bakers with new recipe trials and R&D work.
Monitor ingredient usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in bakery, pastry, hotel, or cloud kitchen environment.
Strong interest in cookies, desserts, or confectionery.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work on your feet for long hours.
Knowledge of commercial baking equipment (preferred but not mandatory).
