About Us:
LMB Jaipur is launching an exclusive
premium mithai & dessert line
. We are looking for a
creative Pastry Chef / Mithai Chef
who loves experimenting, developing new flavours, and working with premium ingredients.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and test new modern mithai, fusion desserts, and pastry items
Conduct product trials & maintain recipe consistency
Work with premium nuts, dairy, chocolate, flavourings, etc.
Maintain hygiene and production standards
Support seasonal menu launches and festival collections
Assist in packaging and presentation ideas
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience
in pastry, bakery, or mithai
Freshers with strong culinary basics may also apply
Strong interest in NPD (new product development)
Creative and experimental mind-set
Ability to work independently and handle trials
