Job Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, viennoiseries, and confectioneries
Work with chocolate and decorative techniques to elevate presentation
Decorate and finish baked goods with attention to aesthetics and precision
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times
Monitor and manage ingredient inventory and ensure freshness of supplies
Collaborate with the team to experiment and innovate with new recipes and seasonal specials
Follow kitchen protocols and ensure consistency in product quality
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry or baking (preferred)
Freshers with strong interest in pastry work are welcome (training will be provided)
Passion for learning and continuous improvement
Strong knowledge or familiarity with chocolate work and viennoiserie
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to precision
Creativity in plating and dessert presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
