Premium Bakery chain in Chennai is looking for a Head pastry chef who needs to manage our centralized production facility with very strong technical skills in Bakery and patisserie production in a 5-star quality output along with strong administrative skills, New product development, Menu planning, recipe management, quality control, cost control, wastage control, duty roistering, high level of hygiene practice implementation are some of the key deliverables expected by the management. any overseas experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties



Strong and hands on knowledge in bakery and patisserie production. Prepare a wide variety of cakes , desserts, and baked goods. To be forefront in the industry updates and skills Staff recruitment and management New product development and implementation Menu planning, costing and implementation of new products. Ensure the right quality and weight of the ingredients and products. Commanding knowledge of all the equipment and accessories. Manage inventory and controlled cost Manage schedules of production Food tasting and sales briefing to service team. Knowledge about special request products like sugar free, gluten free, vegan etc. Maintaining Good Hygiene standards and practices
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
