We're looking for a
full-time Pastry Chef
who is passionate about creating innovative, high-end desserts that reflect Aurora's minimal yet luxurious identity.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and execute creative desserts that align with Aurora's premium aesthetic
Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets
Handle full kitchen operations -- baking, preparation, decoration, and finishing
Manage ingredients, inventory, and ensure hygiene standards
Train and guide junior bakers or assistants in production
Collaborate with the founder to innovate and expand Aurora's dessert collection
Required Skills:
Expertise in pastry and dessert preparation
Strong sense of plating, texture, and flavour balance
Creative recipe development & modern dessert design
Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Time management & production planning
Team coordination and leadership
Experience:
Diploma or certification in Pastry & Bakery from a recognized culinary academy (Lavonne, APCA, WhiteCaps, or equivalent)
1-3 years of experience in cafe, bakery, or fine dessert kitchen preferred
Talented freshers with strong creative skills are also welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
