Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads, Mousse, all Desserts according to cafe standards and recipes
Develop new and seasonal pastry items in collaboration with the head chef or cafe manager
Ensure all items are prepared and presented with consistency and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section and kitchen area
Monitor ingredient stocks and assist in ordering supplies when needed
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
Work efficiently during peak hours and manage time effectively
Occasionally interact with customers regarding custom orders or special dietary needs
