About the Role:
LMB is launching a premium mithai line and we are hiring a
Pastry Chef / Mithai Chef
to work on
product trials, new recipe development, and premium ingredients
.
Responsibilities:
Develop & test new modern mithai recipes
Conduct trials & maintain consistency
Work on premium ingredients
Maintain hygiene & production standards
Assist in seasonal menus and festivals
Requirements:
2+ years pastry or bakery experience
Mithai experience (preferred)
Knowledge of pastry basics
Creative mindset
Ability to work independently
