Responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items while maintaining consistency, creativity, and hygiene standards in the restaurant kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery items.
Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items.
Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and inventory control.
Coordinate with head chef and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Skills Required:
Expertise in baking, pastry techniques & dessert plating
Creativity and attention to detail
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene & safety standards
Time management and multitasking ability
Experience in restaurant/bakery setup preferred
