Company Description ButterBlossom Nagpur Maharashtra Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Nagpur. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for making and designing pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with recipes and established quality standards. They will coordinate with and support other members of the culinary team, and maintain inventory and sanitation standards for all work areas. Qualifications Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, Sous Chef or similar role Thorough knowledge of ingredients and baking techniques Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and pastry techniques Understanding of food safety practices and regulations, and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with a team Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and write in English Certification in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field is preferred
