Key Responsibilities :

Create and perfect Basque cheesecakes, refined desserts, viennoiseries, and pastry savories. Uphold the Basque standard of precision, consistency, and flawless presentation. Maintain a spotless workstation and impeccable kitchen discipline. Experiment with flavors and textures while respecting the science of baking. Move with intent, speed, and grace in a fast-paced luxury kitchen. Collaborate with our culinary and creative team to push the boundaries of dessert artistry.

Who You Are:

Open-minded, curious, and deeply detail-oriented. A perfectionist with a love for balance, flavor, and aesthetics. Process-driven and precise, you follow instructions like a true craftsman. Quick on your feet, clean in your work, and consistent in your results. Passionate about transforming ingredients into experiences.

Preferred Background:

2+ years of experience in a professional bakery or patisserie. Diploma or certification in pastry arts or equivalent experience. Prior exposure to high-end, luxury, or boutique bakeries preferred.
