We are hiring for the "Pastry Chef" role.

For a Bakery Manufacturing company.

Location - Changodar, Ahmedabad (Transportation is not available)

Salary - up to 30,000 depends on experience

Experience - Min. 1+ years in Pastry kitchen or Bakery set up

This is a full-time position based in Changodar, Ahmedabad, with company-provided accommodation for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and scale new pastry concepts and recipes.

Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to develop trend-forward products.

Execute trials and document recipes, formulations, and feedback systematically.

Maintain hygiene, consistency, and quality standards in all product development.

Use computer tools and CRM systems for basic documentation and coordination.

Support the innovation team with fresh ideas and inputs on flavours, textures, and presentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery setup.

Strong foundation in classic and modern pastry techniques.

Must be willing to attend in-person trials prior to final selection.

Must submit a portfolio of previous work with the application.

Open to relocation, if required.

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software is essential.

Enthusiasm for NPD, innovation, and continuous learning.
