Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked goods.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pastry section and assigned team members.
Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
Train, mentor, and motivate junior pastry staff and commis chefs.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in pastry and bakery operations, including leadership experience as a Demi CDP or CDP.
