THE ROLE



You'll own the pastry station. This is a new brand, so you'll help perfect recipes, build production systems, and set the standard from day one. Real ownership, real responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Execute dessert production to spec - consistent, high-quality, every time Prepare and maintain fillings, creams, and components Manage pastry inventory - dairy, chocolate, nuts, dry goods Maintain hygiene and food safety standards Package orders with premium presentation Contribute to recipe development and seasonal specials

REQUIREMENTS



2-4 years pastry experience Strong fundamentals in classic pastry techniques Experience with cream-based desserts and dairy Precision and consistency Can work independently Good communication in English

NICE TO HAVE



Experience with Italian desserts Worked in a premium bakery or patisserie Recipe development background

SALARY



?20,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
