Roles and Responsibilities Manage all operations in the kitchen. Should have knowledge about making Donuts Should have knowledge about preparing milk based cheeses (cream cheese, ricotta, etc) Check quality of raw materials and update daily/weekly inventory Check condition of equipment\'s ( planetary mixer, proofer, etc) and report if any repairs or maintenance is needed. Must comply with food hygiene, health and safety standards. Should cooperate and coordinate with team. Should be creative with flavors and bakery products(sweet+savory) Must maintain thorough cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and themselves. Should attend all employee briefings and meetings. Must keep a straight head in crisis(baking related errors and such). Assist in the products marketing strategies (make videos or take pictures for the social media postings when needed) The work timing will be 8 am to 4 pm, located in Borivali West.
