Preparation of basic doughs
Assisting in menu R&D, croissant lamination & assembly of dessert
Knowledge of cookie doughs, sponge/teacake batters, pastry cream, etc
Assist in preparation of savoury fillings for the bread menu (Indian/European)
Receiving in charge of the raw material after QC
