Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Pasting Machine Operator

to operate and maintain machines used for pasting

duplex boxes, and paper bags

. The operator will ensure smooth running of the pasting process, proper glue application, and strong finishing to meet production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate

automatic pasting machines

for duplex boxes and paper bags. Feed printed or die-cut paper/board sheets into the machine. Adjust settings for

glue application, folding, and alignment

as per job requirements. Monitor the pasting process to prevent misalignment, glue overflow, or weak joints. Conduct

quality checks

to ensure proper sticking strength, neat finishing, and accuracy. Maintain machine cleanliness, check glue levels, and ensure smooth workflow. Record

daily production output, defects, and downtime

. Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team. Follow all

safety guidelines

and maintain an organized work area.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

SSLC / ITI

(Printing/Mechanical trade preferred).

1-3 years' experience

operating pasting machines for

duplex boxes / paper bags

. Knowledge of

paper GSM, duplex board quality, and water-based adhesives

. Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues. Strong focus on

speed, accuracy, and quality control

. Willing to work in

rotational shifts

.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
